CARE (Community Academic Research Education) has successfully completed its fourth year of hosting the Canadian Hematology Conference (CHC), previously known as TLC, (Toronto Lymphoproliferative Conference). There was great attendance, made up of hematologist-oncologists from academic and community centres, supportive care repre- sentatives and pharmacists. Key news and developments were discussed in a number of different hematological malignancies.
To show the comprehensive and multidisciplinary nature of CHC 2014, an abridged scientific programme and featured sessions are reviewed in the pages that follow. Chairs and presenters of each session are identified at the beginning of each section.
